Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to maximise our time together. If you arrive late, and I have an appointment immediately after yours, I may not be able to honour your full treatment time and retain the right to charge you the full treatment fee.
Private Healing Session
For each appointment made you will receive a confirmation email and then a text reminder the day before your appointment.
Need to reschedule or cancel? No worries! Please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment of any changes by text, call or email.
For all missed/no shows or last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the appointment. Invoice sent for payment.
This policy also applies to scheduled appointments to be paid with a Gift Voucher.
**Distance/Virtual 1:1 Sound Healings will be charged 100% of the appointment.

I am happy to treat children and teenagers under the age of 18. It is a requirement that I ask a parent or guardian to be present during the appointment for any child under the age of 16.

Information kept on file will not be released to a third party without the express consent of the client or as required by law. A client’s file can be presented upon request by the client, but all records must stay in the possession of this clinic.
