If we haven’t met before, Hi! I’m Anna Hastie, Sound Bath Healer and Mindset Coach.
I can still remember the moment I felt the urge to start ‘toning’ or ‘singing’ during my Reiki healings. At the time, I had no idea what I was doing or how sound could play such a powerful role in energetic healing.
It was an inner nudge I couldn’t ignore—a message from my soul, guiding me toward a new path of healing with sound.
But how? Was it normal? Would singing during a session feel weird? What would my clients think?
I bought a Tibetan singing bowl and started using it in my treatments. I moved it around my clients and noticed how different tones and vibrations emerged from the bowl, but I still didn’t fully understand what it all meant.
Spirit always has a plan.
Soon after, I met my first Sound Healing mentor, Heather Jean from the Oracle of Sound. Through her guidance, I realized what I had been experiencing with my voice and that little bowl was incredibly powerful.
I invested in 3 Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and in November 2019, held my first sound bath healing session. 19 people attended and it was magical! I was hooked.
I wanted to do more, and I wanted so many others to feel the profound impact of sound baths.
I fell in love with sound bath healing and the art of playing the Crystal Singing Bowls.
Fast forward to now, I’ve held 100’s of sound baths for individuals, groups, corporate clients, festivals, and retreats.
I’ve continued my training with Professor Jeralyn Glass from Crystal Cadence and Susy Markoe Schieffelin from The Copper Vessel. Today. I have 10 beautiful bowls in my collection, and trust me, there’s always room for more!
From the incredible feedback I’ve received over the years, I can genuinely attest to the life-changing power of sound bath healing. It helps people rest, relax, and feel clear and free.
Playing the bowls has allowed me to deepen my connection to spirit and my higher-self. It feels like a natural extension of myself and I love the creativity it has shown me. This art form has opened me up for new opportunities and collaborations I never thought possible and only dreamed of.

Do I need to own a set of bowls to participate?
Yes. It is a requirement to own a minimum of 3 Crystal Singing Bowls
I don’t have any bowls, can I use yours?
No. You need to own your own so that you can participate in class, practise at home & complete the assessments/case studies.
Where can I buy a set of crystal singing bowls?
Please contact Anna for a list of suppliers where you can buy bowls at different price points.
Can I use my Tibetan bowls?
In this course we are mainly focusing on crystal singing bowls. What you learn may be applied to those bowls too. However for the assessments and class participations you need to have Crystal Singing Bowls.
Are we sitting down on the floor or seated on a chair? Is there any movement required?
We are seated on the floor, but if you need to be on a chair that can be accommodated. We may do some gentle yoga/stretching, and can be adapted to suit your abilities,
I’m new to sound baths and meditation. Do I need any prior experience to attend?
No – none whatsoever. Just an open mind, willing to learn and participate along with others.
I can’t make one of the classes/weekends can I still attend?
It is a requirement that you attend all the weekends as we go through a very comprehensive training program.
I can’t make this round. Will there be another round this year?
At the moment the next is scheduled for 2026.
I don’t want to be a sound bath healer, can I still join this workshop?
