The Introduction to Sound Healing is a one day experience designed for anyone who wants to explore sound healing from the other side.
You’ll pick up a bowl, feel what it does, learn the foundations of how Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls work in a healing context, and discover whether this is a path you want to walk further.
No experience needed. Absolutely no pressure to perform. Just you, the bowls and an open heart and mind.
During the day you’ll explore:
The fun part (and my favourite) we finish with a full group sound bath so you get to experience playing the bowls for others as a group.
